Eastwoods Consulting engages clients on a project basis when the
objectives of the program can be well established.  For projects that
are evolving or have less-defined actions, a retainer relationship is most
appropriate.  Projects usually have a duration of several weeks to several
months.

We typically will meet with a prospective client in person or on the phone
to establish the most valuable goals for the work.  This may take several
conversations to be sure that Eastwoods Consulting is the best solution
for the client’s problem, and that we both have a clear understanding of
what we want to accomplish.  At this point we will submit a proposal that
summarizes the goals and objective of the work as well as the terms and
conditions.

As a client of Eastwoods Consulting, after the project is completed, you
will be able to access our expert advice any time by calling or emailing
our office.  We consider it a pleasure to be able to extend this
complimentary service to our former clients.
